Who's Doing What- 5 Years Later

    • Kate Lindsey Erickson received her Bachelors Degree in American Indian Studies and History from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. She is currently working on my Masters Degree in History, Public History, and Museum Studies at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. After finishing her Masters Degree, she plans to teach college level history at either a technical school or junior university, while working as an assistant museum curator. She also plans to pursue and obtain my Doctorate in Native American History within the next 5-10 years and become a tenured History professor at a major university while working as a museum curator. She currently works at the Milwaukee Public Museum as a Planetarium Educator and IMAX Theatre Assistant and at a lakefront restaurant in downtown Milwaukee. She also recently finished research for the Milwaukee Public Museum on their Tlicho Nation collection, which will be published soon, is currently working on publishing my research on the Oneida Nation of Wisconsin, and will be presenting research at the American Society for Ethnohistory Conference this November. Kate says "I also have an extremely wonderful boyfriend of 2 1/2 years, Daniel Miller, and an adorable one year old chinchilla named Gus." She is going to try to make the reunion.
